FAQ

  •          How much does it cost? Cost depends on how much customization and programming is required by the user. Plus, the license fee depends on how large and how many users will be involved. Our process begins with discovery to determine user needs. A requirements document is prepared to delineate what the system will look like and generally how much it will cost. The requirements serve as the contract to implement PACE+. Continuous review is conducted with the customer throughout programming, testing, piloting and finalization of each PACE+ application.

  •          Can it be customized? We pride ourselves that each PACE+ application is customized to meet the customer’s unique needs. Our PACE+ is definitely not a “one size fits all” proposition. Additionally, we have various payment models at the customer’s disposal, including hosting on our servers and license versus subscription programs.

  •          How long does it take to install? Again, this depends on the amount of customization and programming involved. Generally, we aim to produce a final, working PACE+ system for the provider within six months of the start date.

  •          Who uses PACE+?  Behavioral Health providers, County Behavioral Health Departments, Community-based Behavioral Health Provider Network Organizations (multiple providers/agencies), Community-based System of Care networks (behavioral health providers/agencies, schools, CPS, Juvenile Probation, etc). PACE+ also addresses the state’s unique and rather complex behavioral health reporting requirements.

  •         What does maintenance and support cover? We pride ourselves in delivering timely support for our product, both from a programmatic and technical perspective. Our certified coder offers expert programmatic support. System maintenance, technical support and upgrades are also available. A separate agreement is necessary to spell out support services and cost.
